Shipping Information

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
During peak or restock periods, processing may extend.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Shipping Method & Delivery

All parcels are sent via Australia Post.
Estimated delivery time: 1–5 business days after dispatch.
We guarantee dispatch, not delivery. Origin Labs Co is not liable for courier delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.

Discreet Packaging

All parcels are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging for privacy. No product names or company references appear externally.

Flat Rate: $14.95 AUD
Free Shipping: Orders over $200 AUD

Return & Refund Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Due to the nature of research chemicals and safety regulations:

No returns are accepted for change of mind or incorrect selection.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@originlabsco.com with photos and your order number.
Replacements will be issued where appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately to request cancellation.
